We are looking for a UK Site Security Automation Lead (UK SSAL), to lead our Site Security & Automation across our UK Plants.

The main goal of the SSAL is to be responsible for production automation systems (networks PLC's and Applications) so that a constant high level of security is maintained against cyber security threats. This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of Capital projects. They will be actively applying Mondelez Global IT security standards and procedures and is responsible for the ongoing safe state of related systems. This includes regular and mid-term activities including financial planning to migrate obsolete systems into a compliant setup. They will actively support security driven deployments and new line/ equipment deployment in terms of integration. They will be supervising and coaching local SSAL's in the UK manufacturing plants.

How you will contribute

You will be responsible for :

  • Cyber security technology across the cluster following Mondel?z IT security standards
  • Day to day maintenance of site automation within the UK cluster, which spans across 5 plants
  • Ensures sites are in compliance with company standards for automation, IT infrastructure and cyber security
  • Developing and executing site roadmaps for automation and our integrated plan.
  • Managing 3rd Party Providers
  • Issue escalation point for Automation, Critial Control Network Infrastructure and cyber security

CAPEX responsibility for cluster plants

  • Facilitate and track capital request preparation, approval, timeline and CAPEX spend
  • Development of site and cluster budgets and management of spending for support, maintenance, lifecycle, security, networking and automation projects in line with the standards
  • Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes/ upgrades/ replacements

Individual responsibilities:

  • Dotted line reporting and coaching of the SSALs in the UK cluster (5 plants - 5 people)
  • Design and implementation of the patching management process within Mondel?z UK

Expert knowledge of the Mondel?z International security and automation standards:

  • Oversight ensuring any internal or 3rd party resources understand and adhere to standards
  • Train and coach internal and external resources
  • Drives cultural change management within the cluster to embrace cyber security policy/standards applied to control equipment

Active participation in global/regional automation & systems development and security communications

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in Food or wider FMCG industry is preferable, experience within the manufacturing industry is required.
  • Experience and a strong working knowledge of Automation, Automation applications (e.g. Rockwell SCADA, Aveva InTouch) and network systems
  • IT/IS infrastructure knowledge
  • Experience in major engineering projects
  • A strong working knowledge of PLCs, including Siemens and Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation.
  • Experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
  • An individual with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building
