Residential Support Worker

Do you have experience working with Adult or young people with Learning Disabilities? If yes, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

If no, then this might be a good opportunity to get started.

A caring nature, patience and sense of humour are essential.

This is a fantastic role with a highly regarded organisation who excel in providing outstanding children's services.

The role involves working shifts and will include sleep over shifts (on average 4-8 per month).


Your role will be different every day and may include supporting children and young people to make meals, become independent, build confidence, support with school activities and general health and welfare activities.

You will be working alongside otherteam members performing one-to-one support work for children with social, emotional, and mental health.

This is a genuine opportunity to help make a positive difference to children's lives.
