Our client in the public sector currently requires a temporary Receptionist in Glasgow. The hours of work required for this position are 9-5pm Monday - Friday.
The role attracts a pay rate of £11.29 per hour, with an immediate start.
- professional outlook
- greet visitors and staff to the office suite,
- answer and transfer calls and take messages
- schedule meetings and book rooms via outlook, Teams and Zoom
- sort and distribute incoming mail
- order catering and consumables
- assorted administrative duties such as copying, printing, collating documents, etc, as required
- supporting the practical operation of the office including logging calls for repairs
- ensuring the coffee machine is filled and operational
- logging pool laptop use.
