Due to internal movement, our client are currently looking for an experienced Transport & Warehouse Administrator to work from their Bolton distribution centre.


This is a key role in the on-going success of the business and will offer substantial job satisfaction to the successful candidate.


The role:
Coordinate and monitor delivery activities to ensure optimum customer service.
Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner.
Communicate delivery instructions and conduct de-brief activities with the company driving team.
Utilise IT systems to support the efficiency of the department.
Compile data and prepare department specific operational reports

The person:
Experience within a Transport and/or Warehouse environment.
Experience in customer service/administration.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Office software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving

The package & hours:
Starting salary of £23,150 + bonus
