The role is fulltime and based in the office Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, you will be reporting into our Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Covering reception as and when required
- Enter and maintain accurate data in our patient management system (eOPAS)
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Provide administrative support to departmental clinics when needed
- File documents and maintain records
- Completing daily checks
- Generating recall reports
- Handle sensitive information along side GDPR regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Occupational Health industry desirable
- Team player and works well under pressure
- Professional at all times

About Collingwood Health Ltd
On one root, Collingwood traces its origins back to 1947, pre-dating the NHS, where we became the first recognisable "occupational health" company in Britain.
