We have an opportunity to recruit two Administrators to support our Neurodevelopmental (CAMHS) and our Place Based 2 (Complex Needs) Administration Hubs based at the Stein Centre.

The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team.

We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.

We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.


The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service including diary management, undertake typing of correspondence, reports, agenda and minutes using either Winscribe or copy typing.


The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.

This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.


CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. Please note that DBS costs will be waived for applicants who are being recruited for COVID-19 reasons.
