The Birmingham community support team provides floating support to a wonderful and diverse selection of customers offering them individualised support packages to help them live independently and with dignity.

We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Worker to work 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

Where are we based
We work across Birmingham in the community with this role providing floating support to our customers.

No two days are the same.
As a Community Support Worker, you will help individuals with:

  • Access to Leisure activities.
  • Accessing local services
  • Staying well.
  • Attaining and maintaining housing.
  • Supporting them into employment.
  • Supporting with life skills such as shopping or paying bills.
  • Attending appointments and more.

This role is community based so would require access and use of a vehicle to travel between customers.
