We are representing a dynamic full-service law firm based in London with a strong global presence.

The Team:

Our client's Investment Funds team operates in a collaborative environment, providing solutions to fund sponsors and investors globally. They tackle challenges across various regions, including the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa.

The Role:

This role offers room for growth and career advancement. You will be involved in advising fund managers on structuring and launching private funds in different sectors such as private equity, infrastructure, hedge, and hybrid funds.

Key responsibilities may include:
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documents
  • Preparing subscription materials
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in Investment Funds from a reputable firm. Candidates looking to expand their expertise are welcome, including those from Australia and New Zealand.

Desired qualities:

  • Relevant experience in funds matters
  • Strong educational background
  • Detail-oriented and professional
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualified solicitors are a must.
