Internal Sales Representative - Exciting Opportunity

At Brook Street (UK) Ltd, we are thrilled to collaborate with our valued client in Newtownabbey to seek an Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of the internal sales team, playing a vital role in driving the sales of a diverse range of industrial products across the UK and Ireland.

  • Handling customer inquiries and assisting external sales staff
  • Generating quotations accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to customer queries
  • Managing order processes, liaising with suppliers, and monitoring deliveries
  • Providing proactive phone support to both existing and new customers
  • Offering after-sales support, troubleshooting, and addressing warranty matters
  • Supporting daily office operations and collaborating with various teams
  • Maintaining an updated CRM System

Requirements:

  • GCSE qualifications in English and Mathematics
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
