detail-oriented HR & On-boarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The HR & On-boarding Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of

day-to-day HR activities across our Global People function. The ideal candidate

will possess an exceptional administrative background, strong communication

skills, and a passion for contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Duties

Responsible for all the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including paperwork and introductions to company policiesnMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including right-to-work checks and trackingnSupport in any employee immigration processes as directed by the teamnSupporting contracts, offers of employment and employee changes, such as probation period confirmation, salary changes, promotions, transfers, and termination, as directednAct as a liaison between Talent Acquisition (TA) and HRnAct as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutionsnCollaborate with the HR team to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environmentnPerform any other ad-hoc duties falling under the remit of an HR & Onboarding Specialist,

Requirements


Strong attention to detailnProven experience as an HR officer or a related rolenStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuitenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsnAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationnStrong organisational and time management skillsnFamiliarity with employment laws and regulationsnAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of business visa applicationsnAn interest in or knowledge in commodities, energy, or financial markets
