As a Service Assistant, it will be your job to welcome visitors to Castle Coole, provide information about the property, and lead engaging guided tours.

It'll be your job to interact with our visitors in an informative and exciting way.

Hours:
Flexible hours available which includes weekday and weekend shifts; to be discussed at interview. This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we're also looking for flexibilityin employee availability.

Salary:
£9.60/hour

What it's like to work here Castle Coole is one of Ireland's finest Neo-classical houses.

As Service Assistant, you will help us to deliver excellent experiences, leading guided tours to showcase Castle Coole, the home of the Earls of Belmore, and its magnificent collection.

You willbe inspired by the stately grandeur of this stunning 18th-century mansion set in a beautiful wooded landscape park at the edge of Enniskillen.

What you'll be doing As a Service Assistant you'll bring the magic of Castle Coole to life.

In your role as a Service Assistant you will work in the historic house providing either a guided tour to our visitors, or being a room guide as part of self-guided tours.

You will offera friendly welcome and answer any questions visitors may have. You'll be a charismatic storyteller, someone who enjoys working and interacting with people.


To deliver the role of Service Assistant successfully, you'll need to be proud to work in such a unique location and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service.


You will be responsible for promoting a friendly, professional and engaging image of the National Trust while carrying out your role.

Along with a passion for providing the highest standards of customer service you'll be able to inspire those around youwith your passion and enthusiasm for our work.
