IT Service Desk Analyst


We are working with an organisation based in London who are looking to take on IT graduates or Junior IT professionals wanting to take the next step in their IT career.


Core deliverables of this post include:

  • Provide face to face support to staff to help resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and address queries
  • Logs queries, incidents and service requests on the service management system and acting, where required, as an interface between the customer 2nd and 3rd line support staff
  • Escalates any operational problems to more senior colleagues

Required skills/experience includes:

  • Previous experience in providing 1st Line Support or customer service skills
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and innovative problem solving
  • Have great communication skills
  • Possess a recent degree in any IT course

Length:
up to9 months (potential to go perm)

London

Day rate:
£143 per day
