Overview:
We are currently seeking POLISH SPEAKING Healthcare Assistants to join our team. The role involves providing essential care and support to our polish clients.

Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Assist in the delivery of care plans under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals
  • Provide personal care and support to patients in a compassionate manner
  • Drive and accompany patients to appointments or outings as required
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to patient care
  • Assist with basic IT tasks related to patient records

Experience/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous
  • Ability to drive and possess a valid UK driving licence
  • Familiarity with care plans and procedures
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping
