About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Health Care Assistant at Hamilton Springs care home in Pontefract. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with meal times and ensure individuals receive the nutrition they need
  • Understand and respond to individual health and wellbeing needs, promoting choice, dignity, and independence
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in social activities, both within and outside the home
  • Complete and maintain accurate care records, ensuring up-to-date information is available
About You
