The Exciting Opportunity
The position of
Nights Guest service assistant has become available at Holiday Inn Express Antrim.

Reporting into the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for setting up conference rooms, deep cleaning the kitchen, food and beverage service, reception, computer work and forward facing guest interaction and any other duties asked by management.

The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive 'can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.


Where Will You Be Working?


Holiday Inn Express Antrim is a 90 bedroom hotel with 3 floors and is situated in the
Junction One retail park, Just off the
M2 motorway, the hotel has its own
business centre in the lobby, and there are
four meeting rooms, the largest seating up to 40 people.


Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel, and there is extensive
free parking on site. n the evenings, browse the à la carte menu in the hotel's
Great Room, or relax in the
lounge.

The included
Express Start Breakfast is an Irish breakfast and features scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and baked beans, plus continental items.

What Are We Looking For?


We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.

Experience of hospitality/ Customer service is preferable but full training is provided.

18+ due to licensing laws

Must be fully flexible with regards to what night you can work
