An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their welcoming team.
The Change Manager Role:
The role will involve developing as well as establish CSI culture across the AS OSM in-line with the defined role.
Identify, receiving and driving resolution of complex problems requiring DD intervention, working closely with Service Managers, suppliers and stakeholders from across DD and wider team.
Receiving, logging and providing governance over resolution of live service escalations, (supplier 3rd party collaborative working issues), through close working with Service Managers and MSPs.
Identifying, receiving and providing governance over DD service-effecting improvements, working closely with Service Managers and stakeholders from across DD.
Hold MSPs to account in accordance with the contracted schedules on CSI initiatives, reporting any failure to the performance manager for discussion with commercial resources.
Lead and manage any change to live service, ensure all lines of development have been delivered and the change effectively communicated to users/live service and MSPs. Changes to schedules and performance monitoring to be captured and agreed with commercial.
Work collaboratively with the OSM problem manager on any complex enterprise CSI investigations.
This post will not have staff management responsibility. Dependent on the 'tasking' and business need, there may be a requirement to travel to meetings within the UK.
What the Change Manager Will Need:
• Ability to communicate and influence customers/suppliers
• Experience with MS Teams
• Ideally drive as they will have supplier visits
