In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the team and the firm, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiently meeting the needs of fee earners while delivering top-notch service.

This position involves supporting private client and property cases, requiring impeccable attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and prioritization skills when following instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Photocopying, printing, document binding, bundling, CD and USB production, scanning.
- Operating the case management system, including electronic storage and organization.
- Utilizing the BigHand workflow system efficiently for timely job requests.
- Ensuring compliance, including Anti-Money Laundering Checks for new clients.
- Supporting the Operations Director with various tasks, such as switchboard operation, outgoing post handling, hospitality, and file archiving.
- Assisting in training new departmental members.
- Managing the Records Management System, including deed scheduling and document retrieval.

Key Criteria:
- Previous experience in legal administration.
- Available for an immediate start.
- Aspiring career administrator with long-term commitment to the role.
