Role - Client Partner/Engagement Manager
Join our team at Infosys and be part of a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for providing client introductions, navigating accounts to identify deals, developing account plans, and driving business value to clients. As a Client Partner/Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and growing accounts as per the account plan within the assigned domain.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Market Development - Persuade clients to provide industry-wide references to support revenue growth outside the account and increase ROI on events.
- Customer Prospecting - Provide client introductions, customer context etc. to support business efforts in the account.
- Opportunity Identification & Qualification - Navigate the account to identify deals and improve market share.
- Proposal Development - Form pursuit teams, coach the team, suggest win prices, and drive consensus for pricing.
- Proposal Negotiation & Closure - Facilitate proposal-coaching sessions, articulate business value, and drive pricing.
- Contracting & MSA - Ensure quick closure of contracts with acceptable levels of risk.
- Account Planning & Review - Develop and execute account plans to grow in the account as per plan.
- Account Mining - Identify contacts within the client organization, secure meetings, and close opportunities.
- Account Operations - Follow up on SOWs/Contracts, handle invoice disputes, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management - Handle customer complaints, set up meetings, and recommend public engagements for mutual benefit.
- Mergers & Acquisitions - Provide opportunity analyses to help validate the business case.
- People Management - Mentor account team, provide development feedback, and de-risk the engagement.
- Organization Initiatives - Leverage account context to contribute to organizational initiatives.
Skills/Knowledge Requirement:
Knowledge: Understanding of outsourcing business, financial ratios, and legal & contracting issues.
Skills: Effective communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
