Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a sassy teenager with her complex care needs on a 1:1 basis.


We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering exceptional care and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user is a 14-year-old girl, who lives at home with her loving family home in Loughborough.

There is a dog that lives in the family home, so we require pet friendly care assistants

During the week she's attends drama school, where she loves participating in plays.

Being social is very important to our service user and always seeks engagement from her care team.

She loves socialising with her friends, TikTok and modelling. Beauty and Fashion and always keeping up with the latest trends are strong interests and hobbies of hers.


She has a condition called SMARD (Spinal Muscular Atrophy with Respiratory Distress) which she is very proud of and loves to promote.

She has limited mobility and will heavily rely on support with transfers.

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving & Handling

Desirable Experience

  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Ventilation

We have the following shifts available.

  • Part Time Days + Nights
  • Days 4pm9pm
  • Nights 9pm 7am
  • Must be flexible to cover days and nights

Weekdays :
£13.00 per hour (£130 approx per shift)

Weeknights :
£13.50 per hour(£135 approx per shift)

Saturday :
£13.50 per hour(£135 approx per shift)

Sunday :
£14.00 per hour (£140 approx per shift)

Bank Holiday :
£15.00 per hour(£150 approx per shift)
