Join our Production Team and play a crucial role in the construction and assembly of our bespoke timber frame structures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained.
We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Timber Frame Assembly Operative to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble timber frame structures according to detailed plans and specifications.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit timber components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks and make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proven experience in timber frame assembly, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Excellent knowledge of timber properties and woodworking techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including saws, chisels, and drills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
