Benefits

Salary:
Upto £25,000 - dependant on experience

Hours of work Hybrid

Monday & Tuesday - 9am-5pm office based.

Wed-Fri - 9am-5pm WFH

Holidays: 20 days holiday which increase with service (after 3 years this goes up to 23 followed by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days)

Please note:
They shut down at Christmas so 3 days have to be saved for this.

Duties:

  • Managing the companies training matrix.
  • Booking the relevant courses prior to the expiration of certificates and training with heads of departments for upandcoming training.
  • Managing the companies live hire report.
  • Booking accommodation for site workers
  • Daily Admin for the projects team
  • Preparing O&M manuals

Skills required:

  • Previous Admin experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised
  • Ability to work as part of a small team
  • Computer literate
