Benefits
Salary:
Upto £25,000 - dependant on experience
Hours of work Hybrid
Monday & Tuesday - 9am-5pm office based.
Wed-Fri - 9am-5pm WFH
Holidays: 20 days holiday which increase with service (after 3 years this goes up to 23 followed by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days)
Please note:
They shut down at Christmas so 3 days have to be saved for this.

Duties:
- Managing the companies training matrix.
- Booking the relevant courses prior to the expiration of certificates and training with heads of departments for upandcoming training.
- Managing the companies live hire report.
- Booking accommodation for site workers
- Daily Admin for the projects team
- Preparing O&M manuals
Skills required:
- Previous Admin experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Computer literate
