As an AMC Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the security of our operational assets across the south coast, spanning three counties, and monitoring 550 sites. Your responsibilities will include supervising the day-to-day functions of the AMC, ensuring prompt response to alarms, CCTV activations, and remote access requests. You'll also ensure that all training for the team is completed and be a guiding influence, particularly regarding access control within the AMC.

In this on-site role, you'll have the opportunity to liaise with wider teams when alarms occur, providing support and coordination. Additionally, you'll collaborate with external agencies and internal communications teams, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.

As our ideal candidate, you'll possess SIA, CCTV and DS license, as well as a driver's license and access to a car, as travel between sites will be necessary. You should ideally be a member of or have obtained qualifications from the Security Institute. This position requires the ability to obtain a UK security clearance for which the Government requires UK Citizenship. Able to attain (or holding) National Security Vetting to SC level.

This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, but flexibility is required to accommodate different shifts and days, as the team operates on a 24/7 rota with 12-hour shifts. As a supervisor, you'll work 45-hour shifts and eventually oversee a team of 8.
