Are you an aspiring, enthusiastic Practitioner who has a passion for the Science curriculum and developing colleagues' practice?:

In this role you will be taking a lead in supporting the development of outstanding teaching and learning within the Science curriculum; sharing outstanding classroom practice with colleagues through the development and delivery of high-quality CPD.

Furthermore, you will lead, develop and implement an effective coaching and mentoring model to support colleagues in delivering outstanding lessons.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Can be innovative in their techniques to improve outcomes through the faculty
  • Can positively influence teaching and learning across the Academy
  • Has a proven track record of improving outcomes for all learners
