Job Overview:


PWG, a small and dynamic Graphics and Engraving company, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Administration Assistant to join our team.

As an Office Administrator, you will directly report to the manager and provide vital support to our office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to the overall success of our company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-orientated individual to thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and place orders to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and business arrangements.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and client communication.
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
