Job Title:
Head of Homecare


Panoramic Care are working closely with a fantastic home care provider who are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead their homecare division as Head of Homecare.

As the Head of Homecare, you will be responsible for ensuring that our homecare services are delivered to the highest possible standards, and that our clients receive the best possible care.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives for the homecare division.
  • Oversee the delivery of homecare services to clients, ensuring that all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Manage a team of homecare professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and maintain an uptodate understanding of industry developments and trends.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and report on progress against targets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of homecare services, using client feedback and other metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the senior management team to ensure the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management or social work, or relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a homecare or healthcare organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful strategies for homecare services.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards relating to homecare services.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Passionate about delivering highquality homecare services and improving the lives of clients.
