Our client are a highly successful mortgage brokerage based in central London. They specialise in the HNW arena and have extensive experience in this field.
A unique opportunity has is now available to join this team in the capacity of Mortgage Paraplanner. This role will pay a base salary up to £50,000.

After a 6 month period you will also be able to benefit from bonuses awarded for helping to get business over the line.

This will equate to one of the leading packages around for a non selling role of this kind.

They require people with experience as either a mortgage paraplanner, mortgage administrator or mortgage adviser (May suit an adviser looking to come away from direct selling ).

Given the responsibilities of the role they would be looking for motivated individuals who have at least 3 years experience and can demonstrate a sound knowledge of mortgage process.

Document PreparationPrepare accurate and comprehensive mortgage application documentationReview client information and financial documents to ensure completeness and accuracyOrganise and maintain client files in compliance with regulatory requirementsPrepare credit paper proposals for Private BanksCreate client options documents Compliance and Regulatory AdherenceEnsure that all mortgage applications comply with regulatory requirementsPrepare suitability reports and ESISClient ID and AML checksPreparation of client files and maintain suitable records on Nextcloud as well as the company's internal Mortgage Business Register Paraplanning & Administrative SupportProcessing and submitting mortgage applicationsTo deliver an effective and competent level of mortgage administration, resolving and escalating when appropriateDiscuss cases with lenders and private banksUpdating our CRM system (Salesforce & Hubspot)To have organisational skills and the ability to work under your own initiativeSource and prepare options documentsRequest and ensure receipt of all necessary documentation from the client and check that all information is accurate, up-to-date and in line with the Fact Find and Application FormMaintain and update lender matrix table which has over 300 lenders worldwideWrite up case studies on trophy cases that have completedIf you have the experience mentioned above and can show your relevant knowledge and background, we would like to speak to you.
