A unique opportunity has is now available to join this team in the capacity of Mortgage Paraplanner.
This role will pay a base salary up to £50,000.
After a 6 month period you will also be able to benefit from bonuses awarded for helping to get business over the line.
This will equate to one of the leading packages around for a non selling role of this kind.
They require people with experience as either a mortgage paraplanner, mortgage administrator or mortgage adviser (May suit an adviser looking to come away from direct selling ).
Given the responsibilities of the role they would be looking for motivated individuals who have at least 3 years experience and can demonstrate a sound knowledge of mortgage process.
Document PreparationnPrepare accurate and comprehensive mortgage application documentationnReview client information and financial documents to ensure completeness and accuracynOrganise and maintain client files in compliance with regulatory requirementsnPrepare credit paper proposals for Private BanksnCreate client options documentsCompliance and Regulatory AdherencenEnsure that all mortgage applications comply with regulatory requirementsnPrepare suitability reports and ESISnClient ID and AML checksnPreparation of client files and maintain suitable records on Nextcloud as well as the company's internal Mortgage Business Register
Paraplanning & Administrative SupportnProcessing and submitting mortgage applicationsnTo deliver an effective and competent level of mortgage administration, resolving and escalating when appropriatenDiscuss cases with lenders and private banksnUpdating our CRM system (Salesforce & Hubspot)nTo have organisational skills and the ability to work under your own initiativenSource and prepare options documentsnRequest and ensure receipt of all necessary documentation from the client and check that all information is accurate, up-to-date and in line with the Fact Find and Application FormnMaintain and update lender matrix table which has over 300 lenders worldwidenWrite up case studies on trophy cases that have completed
