About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Paraplanner to join our team at Your Mortgage Recruiter Ltd. As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mortgage and Protection Advisors in sourcing and submitting mortgage and protection applications to lenders and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on mortgage and protection products to identify the most suitable options for clients.
- Liaise with lenders, providers, solicitors, and clients to progress mortgage and protection cases efficiently.
- Utilize mortgage product sourcing software and online platforms to submit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets the required FCA compliance standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in mortgage paraplanning, preferably within the independent market.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to understand mortgage case terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desire to progress in a professional and growing business.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive starting salary of £35,000 to £40,000, negotiable based on skill-set and experience. Additionally, we provide a pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave, team trips abroad, and a bonus scheme based on business performance and compliance levels.
