Role: Sales Executive
Location: SKODA Leicester
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis
Salary: £20,000 basic plus uncapped OTE and company car
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discount for servicing and popular retailers, as well as a purchase discount scheme
Bonus scheme: based on sales of new and used vehicles

You will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. Extensive training will be provided to keep you informed and able to best assist customers.

What you'll do


• Ensure customers have positive outcomes from every interaction


• Address inquiries from new and existing customers regarding vehicle sales


• Guide customers through purchases, delivering exceptional service


• Meet individual sales targets by fulfilling customer needs for finance, insurance, and optional extras


• Create and maintain leads through prospecting and marketing efforts


• Stay updated on manufacturer vehicles and options through regular training


• Oversee vehicle handover process in compliance with standards


• Adhere to industry regulations related to vehicle, finance, and insurance sales
