We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President II to join our Enterprise Onboarding Platform. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. ( days a week in the office).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
With moderate guidance, contributes to product development and strategy by providing competitive, market and financial analysis for small, non-complex product. Supports more experienced colleagues with relevant competitive, market and financial analysis to gain breadth of knowledge in relevant platforms, products and services.- Expertise in product strategy and portfolio management.
- Leadership skills to mentor junior product managers.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and resource management skills. Overseeing multiple products or a significant product line. Developing long-term product strategies and roadmaps. Collaborating across product management teams to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy. Using subject matter expertise and experience to lead and mentor a team of product managers.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required Product management experience with creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment. Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred. Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision. Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
