BNY Mellon, with over 239 years of experience and a legacy of pioneering achievements, is looking for a Vice President II to join our dynamic Middle Office, Account Onboarding team based in Manchester, UK. In this hybrid role, you will be working three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently onboard clients into the system, conduct internal and client testing, and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Oversee large-scale transitions, ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining project quality and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership for onsite client support and onboarding processes.
  • Manage project activities including reporting, risk tracking, scheduling, and documentation preparation.
  • Lead complex conversion activities related to institutional client relationships.
  • Direct team members, allocate work, and drive process improvements based on analysis.
  • Manage large, complex, global clients and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in securities, financial services, or client-facing roles.
  • Relevant local/regional licenses or certifications.
