Job Details as Health Care Assistant:

  • Salary: £12.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Days/Nights

Responsibilities as Health Care Assistant:

  • Deliver highquality care within our care home environment
  • Encourage independence among residents
  • Assist with daily tasks, including personal care
  • Implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs

Requirements as HCA/Support Worker:

  • Genuine desire to provide compassionate care
  • Strong team player
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
