Priory Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Overnight Support Workers at Oak House, a specialized residential service in Norfolk.

At Oak House, we provide compassionate care and support to seven adults with autism, learning disabilities, and associated mental health needs. As an Overnight Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents throughout the night.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment by monitoring residents' well-being and responding promptly to any needs or concerns.
  • Encourage independence and social interaction by facilitating engaging activities and outings.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of residents' care and progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.
