As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and dedicated Bid Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend bid process, from initial enquiry to final submission.
- Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage input from various stakeholders, including technical, financial, and legal teams.
- Ensure all bids are compliant with client requirements and industry standards.
- Write, edit, and review compelling bid content, tailoring it to specific client needs.
- Maintain and update a bid library of standard materials and templates.
- Conduct postbid evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Track and report on bid status, success rates, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
