About Day Services (DMH)

  • We offer a diverse range of Day Opportunities for adults with learning and / or physical disabilities. The support offered is highly personalised to meet the needs of the individual, promoting social inclusion and developing independence. We operate from various sites within the town, providing exciting and inclusive day opportunities, tailored care programmes and activities which include, drama, sport, craft, and a wide range of additional building and communitybased activities.

About the role

  • As a Day service Support Worker you will get to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. You will also assist with medication, providing personal care, and encouraging people to achieve their full potential. We are looking for support workers who are flexible, enthusiastic, willing to undertake specialised activities and training whilst also sharing your own personal skills, interests and ideas.
  • No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development we are looking for the right people, with the right qualities. If you do have experience, then take the next step in your career with us. As a large employer we can offer great opportunities to develop and build your skills to take you where you want to go.
