An experienced full or part time Sales & Lettings Negotiator required, with the following attributes;

  • Must come from a Sales or Lettings background
  • Full driving licence
  • Good telephone registration skills
  • Ability to negotiate well with tenants
  • Able to conduct viewings
  • Good local area knowledge
  • Hours to be agreed, but must inc Saturday, with day off in the week
  • Good team member
  • Highly driven & motivated to do a good job
