We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress.

As a waiter, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service.

This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.


  • Provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and beverage options.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, using a POS system if applicable.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals to tables.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, observing proper serving techniques and etiquette.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance throughout their dining experience.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Process guest payments, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Uphold a positive and professional image of the establishment at all times.
1 Full time position available (30 to 40 hours), at least 2 years of experience.

Salary:
Up to £11.00 per hour
