About Finance at THG
Finance at THG is a rapidly growing and evolving team, covering all areas of finance from central functions such as accounts receivable and payable, treasury, tax and internal audit, to specific commercial teams for each of our divisions; Beauty, Tech, Consumer, Health and Brands.

About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Global Accounting Services, the primary responsibility of the Cash Reconciliation Team Leader is to ensure that the reconciling of cash from payment providers is carried out as per company policy and right first-time approach.
The Team Leader will lead a successful team in the reconciliations of all cash from our payment providers and liaise with internal and external stakeholders providing top class customer service level and ensuring that the accounts are always up to date.
- Use ReconNet to reconcile cash from our payment providers to the websales/refunds that have been logged in Sage to check all orders have been charged
- Post journals to Sage for any monthly adjustments required
- Calculate weekly forecasts for transaction fees and customer chargebacks/refunds
- Work with external payment providers to correct any discrepancies your team finds in the cash reports supplied
- Ensure that your teams monthly deadlines are met for P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Management of a team of associates
Role Requirements
- Experience within a similar role as a team leader / supervisor
- Studying towards finance qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CICM)
- A strong understanding of cash reconciliations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience
Whilst we do offer hybrid working, you would be required to attend the office at least 3 days a week.
