To support the provision of high quality, innovative and effective software solutions and support service to the business. To support development of the layout, visual appearance and usability of our web-based software

Key responsibilities:

Use specific design, analysis and language capabilities to provide required functionality in accordance with agreed timescales and to the prevailing standards.

Contribute to requirement and design reviews.

Support production and execution of product test plans to assure the quality of your own work prior to independent testing.

Participate in quality assurance work, as required, to ensure delivered products are fit for purpose.
Ensure risks and concerns are escalated to the Team Leader.
Support and fulfil tasks as a member of an agile team, using agile practices (e.g. peer reviews and Test Driven Development, daily stand up meetings).
Discover new technologies and techniques and adapt to dynamic business requirements.
Where requested, support product development exercises preparing plans, monitoring and report on progress.
Produce documentation intended for internal and external publication.
Attend and contribute to meetings with customers or internal ambassadors where appropriate.

Technical skills:
TML/HTML5
JavaScript
CSS/CSS3
Accessibility
Responsive and Adaptive design
Working with UX/UI design documents
Web security
RESTful Web Services
Knowledge of AngularJS - or similar JavaScript MVC framework would be beneficial.
