Customer Service Coordinatorto join our team based in
Lisburn. You will join us on a

The Customer Service Coordinator Role:


You will genuinely want to help your customer and your desire to do a good job will be your overarching motivator.

We have a diverse customer base - we support scientists, technicians, clinicians.

Ideally but not essential if you have dealt with universities, hospitals, research centres, life science companies, clinical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, contract testing, utilities, nuclear, environmental and government laboratories bodies large, within the Scientific Market this would mirror the type of customer you would be dealing with.


Key responsibilities of our Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Deliver a first class customer experience
  • To be able to communicate clearly and have the ability to work closely with your Sales Manager and other internal departments in order to ensure continuity of service and assure delivery in a timely and efficient manner
  • Place orders and ensure that your customer is kept up to date at all times with the progression of their order
  • Manage and prioritise own work load
  • Take ownership to ensure tasks are completed fully
  • Achieve pre-defined KPI's and targets Work to ISO 9001 standards
