The role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced ER Advisor to join the People Operations Team in a field based role
The ER Partner role at Medivet will support with the delivery of efficient and effective ER support and advisory service to all employees and Managers within Medivet, by providing first-line contact on all people-related issues, consistent with internal processes and legal requirements.
To provide first-line generalist ER advice and support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, with a view to resolving matters on advice.
You will work with managers to proactively manage employee relations issues such as grievances, poor performance, disciplinary and absence
You will provide support to the Head of People Services, Head of People Partners and HR Business Partners. For example, management initiatives, including TUPE, restructures, and redundancies
This is a field based role covering the North of the country working from home / local clinic.
This is a full time role Monday - Friday

Skills and experience
Previous ER Experience in a field based / Mult site role with a heavy ER case load
Strong analytical, numerical and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, working in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity exists
