We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team.

As a Sports Coach, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels.

If you have a love for sports and enjoy working with others, this is the perfect role for you.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement training programs for athletes
  • Provide individual and group coaching sessions
  • Teach fundamental skills and techniques specific to the sport
  • Plan and organize practice sessions
  • Evaluate athletes' performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Create game strategies and tactics
  • Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and competitions
  • Collaborate with other coaches, parents, and staff members

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in the specific sport(s) being coached
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback
  • Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their goals
  • Strong organizational skills to plan practice sessions and manage schedules
  • Patience and understanding when working with athletes of different skill levels
  • Ability to adapt coaching techniques to meet individual needs
  • Knowledge of sports rules, regulations, and strategies

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
£12.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: - 6 per week
