Company Description


The EMEA Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on all regional Marketing programmes including Influencers, PR, Affiliates and Events across Abercrombie & Fitch & Hollister Co.


They will be an integral part of our EMEA Marketing Team, based in our regional Head Office in London and working jointly with our cross-functional Global Marketing Teams, based in Columbus, Ohio.


What will you be doing?

  • Support the Marketing team to deliver seasonal and annual plans for Influencers, PR, Affiliates & Events.
  • Produce regular reporting on relevant Marketing activities in region.
  • Collect images and metrics from various teams in order to compile campaign wrap reports and larger Marketing recaps.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally both in Europe and Globally to communicate plans, updates and any changes to key stakeholders across departments, including Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Legal, PR and Insights.
  • Provide creative ideas for new trends in Marketing, Gen Z and fashion whilst working closely with Insights team to ensure we're always on the pulse of what's coming up in industry.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager to proactively manage external agency partners and projects, including onboarding new vendors
  • Act as point person for Marketing Team budget management, being responsible for monthly budget reporting & processing of invoices

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required.
  • Ideally will have 1 year's work experience in Marketing, retail, project management or related role.
  • Strong planning, organisation, numerical and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience in project management across marketing channels a plus.
  • Experience having worked in a fast paced, multichannel, retail environment a plus.
  • Will be resilient, enthusiastic, comfortable with ambiguity & will thrive in a fastpaced, fluid retail environment.
  • Will have a keen understanding of Gen Z market, identifying brand marketing opportunities and love being first to know of new trends in social media, influencers, PR and retail.
  • Will be totally comfortable with project and process management and able to effectively communicate and coordinate efforts across a Global organisation.
