- Lead a small but growing team of SDRs
- Carry both personal and team targets (playermanager)
- Focus on the corporate and enterprise markets
- Identify, map, and approach prospects
- Utilise social media channels
- Question, understand, and establish prospect pain points
- Guide prospects through the sales process
- Build strong rapport
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to help refine the sales playbook
- Continue personal development and learning
- Move into a sales management position as the team grows
The ideal, degree-educated Sales Team Leader, will:
- Have 2+ years sales experience gained in SaaS/technology
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- Have a proven record of sales success (closing)
- Be consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and firstclass communication and presentation skills
- Be hungry, committed, and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a company where the career potential is truly unlimited
- Demonstrate ambition, drive, and a portfolio of interests outside of work
- Work well under pressure, be teamoriented and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Be inquisitive, a natural relationship builder, and able to work independently and with attention to detail
- HubSpot proficiency and a second language would be advantageous
The successful Sales Team Leader can expect:
