More about your role
You will be working with the Maintenance and Repairs team to coordinate our services to a variety of clients.

Working closely with both external and internal customers your role will be vital in providing high level financial and property maintenance administration services to the property maintenance managers.


You will lead the team in responding to any client escalations and complaints, being the first point of contact for clients with any performance concerns and arranging regular meetings to review.

Supporting the Business Relationship Manager in the initial review of new service requests and working closely with the scheduling team leaders to resolve any issues affecting the service to clients.


The working hours for this role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm.

More about you


To be successful in this role you will possess high levels of customer service with a good general knowledge of updating in-house and bespoke databases in a high-volume administration position.

Experience in dealing with a variety of clients, both internally and externally is a must as well as having an excellent telephone manner and strong IT Skills.


We are looking for a people person, someone who is self-motivated and able to communicate with people at all levels and the ability to deliver creative and practical solutions to challenging situations.

Ability to be an effective team player as well as working on own initiative.
