We are a Family run business Established in 1971 (just over 50 years).

Our team of engineer's repair and service a range of domestic appliances, gas central heating systems and domestic plumbing repairs.

We require a Service Co-ordinator to join our growing team of colleagues.

Full-time. Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Mondays off)

  • Property Management or Service Coordinator: Min 1 year (required)

Appliance World has over 50 years of property maintenance experience and has become a well-known and well-respected company carrying out services within the property industry.


Service Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
Although not an exhaustive list, the role would encompass the following duties:

Organise repairs for properties, speaking to customers and booking out engineers, seeing the repair through from start to finish, arranging annual service visits.

Answering Inbound calls

Liaise with service engineers.

Liaise with Landlords/Tenants

Organise annual Service's and Cp12 checks.

Invoice landlords/Customers for work carried out.

Ensuring the database and computer files for landlords, properties and tenants are kept up to date.

  • Knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel and databases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy and genuine persona
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communicator, verbally, written and face to face, with a smart, cheerful and professional appearance

Salary:
Circa £20,000** per year based on experience.
