Job Description:


As Agile Coach within the OEM customer team your primary responsibility will be to train the Bosch and OEM teams in agile methodologies and practices, supporting them in an evolution into self-sustaining and high performing agile teams within the project.


  • Educating Agile theory and best practices within the OEM project team
  • Ensure empowerment of the teams and transition to full selforganisation
  • Support the realisation of efficiencies and added value in the project through Agile methodology
  • Promote Agile within the wider Bosch UK business environment
  • Support health team dynamics, creating an open, transparent and trusting environment in which change and continuous improvement can thrive

Required Skills - Essential

  • A passion for the benefits of Agile which others catch
  • Strong knowledge and experience of a wide range of Agile development methods and tools
  • Extensive experience coaching software teams in an automotive environment An effective influencer; able to ensure that Agile practices, values and methodologies are understood and adhered to
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all organisation levels both internally and with the customer
  • Good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Able to travel to the OEM customer site in the West Midlands, minimum 3 days per week and to travel internationally (Circa. 12 times per year)

Required Skills - Desirable

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Previous experience coaching Bosch software teams

Qualifications:

  • Certified Agile coach or other relevant qualification
