- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production deadlines
