Due to a planned long term absence, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our friendly Administration and Reception team at Old Irvine Road Surgery.
This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day Monday to Friday 2pm-6pm.The main function of this role will be to aid the smooth running of the reception and duties will include:
- Dealing with patients at reception and by phone
- Processing prescriptions and mail
- Booking appointments
- Other administrative duties following inhouse training
Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 8-12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£10.53-£11.60 per hour
