Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Completion of Food Safety documentation
  • Catering for a range of dietary requirements
  • Ensure compliance with food safety/ health and safety regulations and guidelines

Skills:

  • Strong culinary skills with experience in restaurant or commercial kitchen settings (or similar)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
